mclcreate brings a unique perspective to Vision Express conference
Industry leading technical know-how from live event experts, mclcreate, has helped an audience of more than 500 Vision Express employees see customer service differently at its annual conference held recently at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales.
Tasked with delivering an impactful and immersive experience for the Conference audience, mclcreate rose successfully to the challenge of its client, The Events Company, with a breath-taking 31.3 metre wide, curved screen acting as the focal point for the event.
The 4.5m deep screen featured a 12.5m radius from left to right, achieving the tightest curve ever achieved on a project by mclcreate. Five state of the art laser projectors were deployed to broadcast a wonderfully emotive 12 minute Vision Express movie and other tailored video content onto this curved canvas in pristine 8K high definition. To deliver this eye-catching content in a way that worked for all viewers in the huge theatre style audience, irrespective of their seating position, mclcreate used their expertise to actually ‘bend’ pixels for the content shown on the super-size screen. Sound engineers and a projectionist team were based on-site, alongside a lighting design crew who created an intuitive 3D video of the available space, prior to the event.
The Vision Express movie and the screen demanded the audience’s attention and offered a powerful demonstration of the company’s core messaging for its conference audience. This focussed on the positive impact that attentive customer service can have on the lives of all Vision Express customers.
