Creating bespoke unique events for clients is something mclcreate has a long history of delivering with great success. The key to any event is having a clear understanding of the client's needs, whilst engaging with them to fully explore what they want to achieve. This is where the creativity, understanding and technical excellence stands mclcreate out from the crowd.
Our project teams have a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked alongside some of the world's largest companies and organisations, one such event was for Mondelēz International, formally Kraft Foods, who wanted to hold a management conference for 500 of their senior managers at the Echo Arena, Liverpool.
Working closely alongside Mondelēz International, a vision of the conference was created which included a custom 32 metre set and stage for the conference, along with breakout rooms for meetings and exhibition and stand space.
A major element to any live event is how you open the proceedings. Just how do you engage the audience? Setting the feel and tone of a conference is paramount to captivating your delegates from the get go. In the case of Mondelēz International, an opening video was created in-house through our creative hub service which was projected from 3 super bright high resolution projectors and featured some impressive post production elements including green screen for the dance sequence, extensive animations for the rollercoaster and individual elements which made up the opening video experience.
Supporting the video, creative use of lighting and music was used to envelop the audience to make them part of the video journey through the various brands culminating with the Mondelēz International logo unveiling and the start of the conference.
