Consulting with the client, we listened to their requirements and their event objective. Knowing their timescale and budget, this laid out the foundations for the event and we quickly got to work presenting theme ideas, sourcing suppliers and constructing an event schedule. From fire performers to bespoke set design, the objective was for the mclcreate team to collate and deliver a dynamic and spectacular show.
Our objective was to event manage and successfully execute a smooth running awards dinner, provide event theming, audio visual support as well as creating the design concepts for the entire event.
As part of the new events management service that mclcreate now offers, this saw a unified team approach from mclcreate. This event saw three divisions come together: the delegate and event management team worked on the theming and relationship management, the technical team worked on all the audio visual and set management as well as working with our design studio who created the overall imagery for the ceremony.
Guests were treated to a spectacular event at a secret unique boutique venue that boasts extravagancy and elegance. With an ‘Arabian Nights’ theme it was the perfect excuse to go all out with glamour, colour and exuberance. The event began with a fire performer welcoming guests as they enjoyed their drinks reception, followed by a delicious four-course dinner with the awards intertwined between courses.
After the awards our guests got the party started as the DJ took the reins, and the guests got to dress up for the photo-booth and even some face-painting. Our guests partied in to the early hours which rounded up an exciting and successful event.
The award dinner was a resounding success. The show ran smoothly and timely.
