Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, UAE
mclcreate produced and managed an exhibition using fifteen different stalls to showcase research, activities and developments within the JTI family.
The exhibitors came from across the globe, assembling at Abu Dhabi’s impressive Emirates Palace for a three-day international conference.
A diverse range of technical and aesthetic requirements meant that each individual exhibition stand needed to be built and tailored according to the bespoke needs of the exhibiting teams, which included Camel and Winston.
However, a competing challenge was the need to create a consistent and coherent space overall. Once complete, each booth in the exhibition hall had to make an individual impact, while also harmonising under the JTI umbrella.
Our team of 100 personnel, ranging from the exhibition manager, to audio-visual technicians, skilled carpenters, joiners, painters and specialised printers, worked together to design, plan and construct the exhibition.
A variety of specialist equipment was sourced and employed, including video walls and touch screen technology.
A number of special requirements were also met including specialised printing, and the sourcing of actors and regionally themed items and props for dramatic effect.
Jerome Jaffeux, Corporate Strategy Director at JTI, said:
“This exhibition required attention to detail on a grand scale, and mclcreate were able to deliver a well-produced show that delivered to a high standard, both technically and creatively. Although several other companies pitched for this job, we have no doubt we made the right choice.
